Two goal-targeted programs filmed in a lush outdoor setting. Tamal's voiceover cuing is soothing, detailed and very easy to understand (you won't even need to watch the TV to follow along). The Energy practice is exceptionally varied. It includes sun salutations, inversion positions, twisting moves and lots of rhythmic breathing (e.g. "breath of fire," "belly breathing"). The Relaxation series is less intense. It combines opening-focused yoga poses with static stretches and slower, more meditative, breathing. That practice ends with five minutes of deep relaxation.
